Job Responsibilities:
To be a successful Insurance Agent, you must be, or willing to learn to be, proficient at Marketing, calling, presenting, and selling multi-line insurance products based on individual client needs through careful analysis. Have a long term vision for your career.

Job Requirements:
Below are a brief listing of some main requirements of an agent:
Must currently hold or obtain a Property and Casualty license before employment begins. For new agents, we have an entry plan including tuition reimbursement for licensing classes.
Maintain an upbeat, positive & enthusiastic attitude
Willingness to learn, be coachable and attend seminars for carrier product familiarization
A great self-starter
Basic computer skills
Experience in Microsoft Office and various Windows based applications
Commission Structure/Bonus:
We offer a New Agent Plan, providing the agent support with start-up base draw, and opportunity to earn a commission bonus each month if goals are met.

Incentive Travel Opportunities with multiple carriers with very attainable qualifying parameters
In addition, under sales goals achievement in the New Agent Plan, agents are eligible for health care reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, and business expense reimbursement.
